Serious woots!

3 weeks ago I could barely lift anything. 2.5 and 5 lb. dumbbells were about it.

As of tonight I lifted 15 lbs. per hand on my flyes and presses for a total of 30 lbs.

Rows? Forget about it.

Tonight...5 sets of 5 at 130 lbs. a personal best. Even did one set of 5 at 150 lbs.

Lat pulldowns? 70 lbs. another best, increased my weight by 20 lbs.

Deadlifts? Increased by 25 lbs. to 75 lbs.

Woot....Just, so much woot. I am beyond thrilled.
