Tom Kenobi Posted June 3, 2012 Report Share Posted June 3, 2012 So, if you've been checking out my blog, you'll notice that I've been working the 20 Pull Up Challenge routine. It just focuses soley on standard, palms out Pull Ups, although you can substitute Chins or Wide Grip Pulls if you want.Today was a rest day,but I remembered that about four weeks ago I tried a wide grip pull up for the hell of it and got about half way up.Whose got two thumbs and was able to do a complete Wide Grip Pull Up today like a Boss?THIS GUY!So far, I've done three today, but not in a row.Just thought I'd share that little woot. I have never done one in my life.Haikoo, thanks for the congrats! You WILL get there. How do I know? You are bold enough to be part of the Rebellion. I never did Pull Ups in my life until the last year. NOW I am up to almost 7 full body weight pulls in a row, plus 1 wide grip pull. You will get there. I did one and was like: WOAH, so I tried for a second and my body was like: NO. Haha. I waited about five min and was able to do one again, but could feel it on that one.
