First ever triple-digit lift, omg.

100 pounds on the deadlift! And that was at the end of a workout that included:

1. A baby widowmaker, with just the bar. I was counting warmup reps in the back of my head while thinking about something else, discovered I was on Rep 8, and just kept going. Two weirdly similar Fitocracy quests down, right there. Ow, my quads.

2. A squat work set at 90 pounds, trouncing the 85 pounds that has been the bane of my existence for the last two weeks.

3. Three OHP reps at 60 and one at 65, for a Fitocracy achievement. On Tuesday I had to stop halfway through my work sets at 55 and deload to 50.

After today's workout, I can actually foresee a day when I might be able to lift with the big-girl plates. Stay tuned.
