Her: i'll get off when i've burnt 50 caloriesMe: i'll get off when i get to a mileThen it hit me, this is HUGE! I focused on the distance, on the actual exercise not the calories!! I'm recovering from an eating disorder, not focusing on cals in HUGE! Then, i went for a picnic with friends. Then they asked my to go to an Indian restaurant for dinner, i went and enjoyed it!
