Squat woot!

So I started lifting at the beginning of last challenge, roughly 7 weeks ago. I've been using the Stronglifts progression just for simplicity's sake. Last night, I squatted 115 lbs, roughly half my bodyweight! It was a little struggle to get the last set in, but I did all 5 sets of 5!!!!

I feel like such a badass :) Especially since I got to use the 35lb. plates. Almost to the big wheels!!!

Congratulations on getting to the big plates. I started using them last week too.
