Major Accomplishment! Oh yea!

So today I completed the 300 workout for the first time!!(hurts to move my arms!) This major feat in my summer came in just under an hour and a half.. That may be extremely slow for all of you super nerds out there but I feel real accomplished! I'm gonna reward myself with a nice paleo meal tonight! I've been eating paleo for the past two weeks with only a few slip ups which I think is cool also, and btw my meals are REALLY boring now can anyone help me make this paleo thing taste different every once in a while! I need a paleo/workout/just overall awesome yoda master :emmersed:

and as for you being slow....the ONLY person to compare yourself against, is yourself :D

Nice!! That is an INSANE workout. I wouldn't be able to finish it, ever, much less in an hour and a half. Congrats!

Well I am at a chow hall so this is the usual

Breakfast:

spinach w eggs and bacon and strawberries, a cup of water and a cup of coffee

Snack:

either 2 apples/bananas and a pack of dry unroasted almonds

Lunch:

oven roasted meat, (Chicken beef fish or pork) tomato sauce some days, spinach carrot and cucumber salad, and a cup of hot tea

Dinner:

Same as lunch
