De_Lowe Posted June 28, 2012 Report Share Posted June 28, 2012 So today I completed the 300 workout for the first time!!(hurts to move my arms!) This major feat in my summer came in just under an hour and a half.. That may be extremely slow for all of you super nerds out there but I feel real accomplished! I'm gonna reward myself with a nice paleo meal tonight! I've been eating paleo for the past two weeks with only a few slip ups which I think is cool also, and btw my meals are REALLY boring now can anyone help me make this paleo thing taste different every once in a while!
