Ghost
Ghost here, I'll keep this short. Now that I have a workout that seems to be good (thanks Phi!), I need to bring it into action. All the individual movements work well, tough but achievable. When stringing them together I often have trouble though. The first set I get through, but after that I just kinda stop, lose motivation. So I was wondering if I should build up through the sets, 1 the first two weeks, 2 next, for example.Or should I just try to jump right into the full thing.Or is there another way? What do you think? Link to comment

Morrigainz
What's making you lose motivation? Are you tired after one set, bored...what? I think the solution depends on the answer to that question. Level ? Half-Dwarf/Half-Amazon Warrior STR:21.25 STA:15 DEX: 10.95 CON: 14 WIS:15.5 CHA:17 SWOLE BUCKS: 1 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Link to comment

I'm all for building up over time, but completing a full workout should be priority numero uno Can you drop the weight to help you finish? What you do, and what you don't do, matters. Link to comment
