TheOtherScott
Running events don't start until later, so I'm not fully in the spirit of the games yet, but Canada just won a medal for Synchronized Diving! I didn't even know that was a sport! PR's5k - 21:2910k - 47:26 43:2921.1 - 2:05:26 1:44:21 Link to comment

andygates
Poor Mark Cavendish.Aye. The only way the Rest Of The World (except Germany) could beat the Sky train was to make them do all the work until they broke. Somehow Germany played along (instead of working for their sprinter) and they broke. A little bit of revenge for the Tour de France, methinks, and not unexpected... but poor Cav must have felt like a spare wheel all the way.The women's race was totally different! Attacks off the front from the start, feelers and tiring moves by GB the Netherlands, then on the second descent a break of four that went to three and a chase for the line -- a real corker of a race, in filthy conditions, with lots of crashes. cline
Women lifting, water polo, table tennis = awesomeness Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD I AM going the distance 'Cause all I wanna do is go the distance. Nobody's ever gone the distance with Creed, and if I can go that distance, you see, and that bell rings and I'm still standin', I'm gonna know for the first time in my life, see, that I weren't just another bum from the neighborhood.
