Novius Posted July 3, 2012 Report Share Posted July 3, 2012 After about 2 months of stronglifts all of my lifts are now in the triple digits! Today I also cleared my first 205lbs deadlift. Feelin' pretty good about my gains and finally starting to feel challenged with the lifts which means it will be time to get even more serious about being fit 6 week challenge (Oct 24 - Dec5) Link to comment

Also I'm loving being one of like 2 or 3 people in my gym who using the squat rack for what it's named for 6 week challenge (Oct 24 - Dec5) Link to comment
