Hello boys and girls.

Thought i'd better post in here first and say hello. Now that is out of the way, let me fill you in about myself and my goals and stuff :tranquil:

I've always been a skinny kid until around the age of 22, then the weight piled on. I started drinking beer and generally got very lazy. December last year I hit 16 stone and decided enough was enough. I put myself on a fairly strict diet and lost just under 3 stone in 4 months. I used a combo of cardio and weight training alongside my diet.

As you can see, i've not done too badly. My next aim is to start split routines and start piling on some muscle. Hopefully I can pick up some hints and tips from you guys and girls on here :lemo:
