Mike Pants
Hi, Michele, welcome aboard. If you haven't already, spend some time reading up on Steve's articles on how to design a workout, how to start training with free weights, and take a look at his guidelines for designing a workout routine. You can find them all here: http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/top-posts/ They're VERY beginner-friendly and will give you a good solid foundation for getting started. Link to comment
