Amazon Grimm Posted July 6, 2012 Report Share Posted July 6, 2012 I am going from BW Squats and Pushups on alternating days with dumbell rows and planking on the others, to a M-W-F schedule of all of them in a row. My exercise a little every day thing is sucking, especially since I am having trouble motivating myself to stretch and warm up properly, creating way more soreness than I should have.Today is Friday, I did rows and planking yesterday. I am sore. Should I do my half-workout today and tomorrow, and start up the full on Monday. or should I just wait for Monday to work out again? Kewilson Posted July 6, 2012 Report Share Posted July 6, 2012 It probably doesn't matter very much, fitness wise. I would just wait until Monday. Under the assumption that you don't want to work the same muscles two days in a row, you're inevitably going to have a skip-day/weekend when transitioning to a MWF schedule. Might as well be now.
