Stairs and Belt Woots!

Recommended Posts

I took my shower upstairs this morning and as I was putting on my belt, I realized... I was having trouble trying to find the hole for the buckle, because the comfortable place was almost an inch past the last hole.

I then walked downstairs without leaning on the walls and pausing intermittently.

I went for the hat trick at work, and walked up the two flights of stairs. I was out of breath, but okay. I usually am staggering around, gasping for breath.

Nice!

Time to buy a new belt (or a leather punch)!

This used to be where  my weight loss progress bar was. Maybe it will be here again when I'm ready to face the scale and work on my fat problem.
