Woots and thanks to NF

Personal bests all around last night in chin-ups, hanging crunches, and bench presses, and boy howdy, I am feeling it today.

And last night was the first time I tried the zercher squats, which someone had suggested I try because of the lack of squat rack in my gym. Whoever that was, THANKS. I friggin' love those, and I was able to get to a personal squat best. I might never have discovered them if it hadn't been for this fantastic community of supportive lil nerds, so cheers to you.
