Larc Posted July 18, 2012 Report Share Posted July 18, 2012 Soo, I am pretty much 120% sure this is horrible of me, but I never really stretch. Before or after anything..well occasionally at work. I've been going to the gym for three quarters of a year without stretching much. Basically, I am wondering what kind of stretches you guys would recommend I do before and/or after the gym and just in general. I cashier at Office Depot, so I have plenty of time to stretch there.
