INDRA Posted July 18, 2012 Report Share Posted July 18, 2012 Hello new guy here, i want to lose weight and get a better shape.Trying to implement calorie counting and paleo diet (or maybe low carb diet). Excercise with angry bird regiment (even at the lowest level i cant do them completely, i am in a really really bad shape) hope can get better soon.My long term quest right now is : to be able to do the 300 excercise regiment.
