Hello new guy here, i want to lose weight and get a better shape.

Trying to implement calorie counting and paleo diet (or maybe low carb diet). Excercise with angry bird regiment (even at the lowest level i cant do them completely, i am in a really really bad shape) hope can get better soon.

My long term quest right now is : to be able to do the 300 excercise regiment.

It was only a little while ago I was on level one. now I'm on two/three! You decided to make steps to improve that congrats on joining us. hope to see you around :) Great place to start is adventurers :)
