Introduction

Hello all, I just wanted to post an introduction. I stumbled upon this site when looking for information on the paleo diet. Due to the nature of my work and weird hours I started to eat poorly and quickly rose to an unhealthy weight. After cutting out fast food and starting to eat right I lost a lot of weight within two months. I have been working since then to get back into shape, however I've recently plateaued.

So I figure it's time for something new.
