SocialPath
Ok, so I have TERRIBLE upper-body strength. Like...I cannot do one push-up. But! Today, for the first time, I was able to (barely) do 2 sets of eight incline pushups! The angle was really high (kitchen counter), but it's a step up from the wall push-ups I was doing, and just enough of a push (pun lulz) that I think this can be a next step in strength building! So, I'm excited, and thought I'd share. Woo! Link to comment
