Ghost Posted July 25, 2012 Report Share Posted July 25, 2012 Ghost here,Now as I recall, there was a post on the blog not long ago that had to do with this.It said things about fasted training, metabolism, morning workouts and a bunch of things that I would like to know more about.I know a little, but not how they work. So BMR is basal metabolic rate, but I have no clue what they are.They seem to be effective ways of lowering body fat %, but what methods are the most efficient?Thanks. Link to comment
