Metabolism, fasting and weight loss?

Ghost here,

Now as I recall, there was a post on the blog not long ago that had to do with this.

It said things about fasted training, metabolism, morning workouts and a bunch of things that I would like to know more about.

I know a little, but not how they work. So BMR is basal metabolic rate, but I have no clue what they are.

They seem to be effective ways of lowering body fat %, but what methods are the most efficient?
