Hi Everyone,

Been reading a lot of the blog posts on here for the past few days so thought I would sign up....

Im Simon 31 from Reading in England, Aiming over the next year to really get into much better shape than I am..Ive been going to the gym for about 2-3 years have seen a good increase in my strength but due to having crohns disease and being on steroids a lot I saw a huge increase in my weight as well. Currently down to 14stone....sorry I mean 196lbs..but am aiming to get rid of the belly more than anything. Not fussed how much I weigh as long as I look healthy and toned.

I ran a half marathon earlier in the year and was not very happy with my time so my current plan is to smash the time I set this year and increase my strength as much as possible. Wish me luck :0)
