New to the Rebellion

Hey everyone, new to the rebellion. A friend directed me here and I couldn't thank her enough. So far, since reading several posts and articles, it's helped me to find some motivation to finally push myself back into shape. I won't go into specifics but events of the past nine years have forced me to take a look at my life and rebuild. It's a hard thing to do but I've finally found a place that fits with my lifestyle. My battle plan, to start off with, is to start forming good habits, ie Walking ( Started my Walk to Mordor), Morning exercises and actually eating three, healthy meals a day ( I tend to eat one or two meals a day at most which hurts my metabolism) Those are my starting goals.
