Ideas for a Cubicle Workout?

Just started a new job and it requires me to sit in a cubicle for 8 hours a day. It's making me antsy; I keep wanting to sprint up and down the hall but that would bother my coworkers. Any good suggestions for ways to stretch/work out muscles other than my butt within the space of my cubicle?

What doesn't kill me makes me smarter.
