katpower
A combination of 6 months of FAST dogwalking, and the Vibrams I've been wearing for a month or so, have led to me discovering tonight a sustainable jog pace. Which is amazing because I've never been able to run more than 50m or so without dying - and tonight I was scooting slowly but surely along for a good portion of my 4km-ish walk. Huzzah!
