New rebel looking to get started!

Hello CaptainKronos, and welcome. You joined just in time, the next 6 week challenge is starting in 2 days. You can find details in the Challenge Info link above (or click here for the same link). Basically you chose 4 goals (3 diet/fitness, 1 life), to accomplish in 6 weeks, and have 15 attribute points to spread between them all. You also start with 15 points to distribute according to what you feel your biggest strengths, and possibly, weaknesses are.

You'll find the community here is quite supportive, with people at all levels of fitness.
