Shouldn't I be hungry for lunch?

Hi, I've noticed that while I'm plenty hungry for breakfast and dinner, I'm not usually at all hungry for lunch - even if I've just spent an hour doing cardio or lifting weights. I don't eat any snacks in the morning and only drink water or tea in the morning. Breakfast is usually around 9am with lunch at 1 or 2pm.

I usually make an effort to eat something, particularly on lifting days. However, having switched to Paleo a couple weeks ago, I know I shouldn't eat unless I'm hungry. This would put me eating two meals a day with maybe a handful of nuts in the late afternoon. I am trying to loose weight/body fat, but should I be worried about not getting enough nutrition?

The high protein, high fat paleo foods are more satiating than the high carb foods the average person is used to. I know I personally cut over 500 kcal when I switched without trying. I now eat when I'm hungry now, which many times means not eating lunch until 3 and having a smaller portion at dinner.

Edit: poor sentences. I blame the long island iced teas. No, they are not paleo.
