Amazon Grimm Posted August 12, 2012 Report Share Posted August 12, 2012 So I had to get some paving stones at Home Depot yesterday.I started pushing one of those heavy duty carts and i realized my posture was totally different from when I've ever done that in the past.Back straight, using my legs more.The loading the stones was even more noticeable.HOLY CRAP I AM ACTUALLY GETTING STRONGER!!!!!!!!!!
