Dead lifting woot, and a thank you

Ok so with a little bit of help from Ghost (and by help I mean motivation) I just dead lifted 35.5kg for the first time ever. Yea sure it was only once, but to me it's a sort of a big deal. I am/was always the short and weak one, and 35.5kg is more than half my body weight (my weight being 57kg). Although I am working on my strength, the fact that I can even lift 25kg is sort of mind blowing.

So thanks goes to Ghost. Now just to get use to the fact that I just dead lifted more than half my weight

Good work Shortstuff.

Good work Ghost for egging you on :D

My first deadlift ever was lighter than that, so you are gunning it. 50% bw conquered, now on to bodyweight deadlift :)

Thanks, although its no where near as much as what some other people around here can do, it's still crazy to me that I can even left 25kg becuase I was always the weak one
