RandomWanderer Posted August 20, 2012 Report Share Posted August 20, 2012 I do both, working out at home and the gym. I like my gym and I've created a good habit of going there 3x a week. It is also where I do yoga and swim, so there is more to my 39 a month at la fitness then weights. My gym is about 1/2 mile from my home which helps, but if your motivated then it wouldn't matter if it's 5 miles away. I pretty much do some sort of exercise daily and I do it in the gym 3 hours a week + swim and yoga, the majority of my exercise is out in nature as it should be ;p.
