Congrats! Keep lifting and adding the little round things with the holes in the middle (no, put the doughnut down!!)

Warriors don't count reps and sets. They count tons.

Hah, I'm actually totally a Health at Every Size junkie, so I'm less interested in weight loss as its own goal. Though my weight has been dropping since I switched up my diet, due to medical stuff, to have fewer starches and sugars. So I'm way more excited about lifting > 100 lbs! Though it is rather convenient that BW goals are becoming easier...
