Hi,

I have lost 60 lbs on my own when I trained for my first triathlon last year. I accomplished my goals of finishing and not being last and then didn't see the gym for 6 months and gained back 10 lbs. I got back on track and trained for my 2nd tri but was a little lazy about it and didn't have the same motivation. After seeing a friend in pictures from the Spartan Race I decided that I needed to get back to basics and get my motivation back. I discovered the paleo way of eating and began researching, I thought I would give myself a 30 day challenge to see what kind of difference it would make. I am hoping to get in shape for Atlantas Spartan Race in March of next year.

Would love the find others for encouragement. Good luck to all of you!!
