Or the benny hill theme.)This is my first woot here, and I think it's a worthy one: I did 3000 pull-ups over the course of the last six weeks. Yay, just finished the last 100 today! I did them in different variations (chin-ups, pull-ups, (close and wide-grip), sometimes weighted, and wannabe-one arm pullups) every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I'm kind of proud now. Two years ago I couldnt do one pull up. Just keep at it and be proud about every rep!Was that a challenge goal? I like it. Keep in mind, that I already made A LOT of pullups in my previous challenges as part of my normal workout routine, so... this did not come out of nowhere. My muscles where pretty much prepared.
