3000 pull ups in six weeks

This is my first woot here, and I think it's a worthy one: I did 3000 pull-ups over the course of the last six weeks. Yay, just finished the last 100 today! I did them in different variations (chin-ups, pull-ups, (close and wide-grip), sometimes weighted, and wannabe-one arm pullups) every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I'm kind of proud now. Also, I'm kind of sore now. :D

Sweet! I can do 3... Pathetic I know but hey it's a start! Congrats man!

That's not pathetic at all! The number isn't really important. You are in the arena, you are working on them and that's all that matters. Two years ago I couldnt do one pull up. Just keep at it and be proud about every rep!

Thank you. And yes, it was a challenge goal. Keep in mind, that I already made A LOT of pullups in my previous challenges as part of my normal workout routine, so... this did not come out of nowhere. My muscles where pretty much prepared. I can't recomment doing so much pullups just out of the blue. I wish you the best of luck - but be careful :)
