Grunk
So I'm a little out of order here. I've gone ahead and joined a challenge before properly introducing myself! I'm no small guy and I'm no stranger to fitness...we just haven't spoken in quite a while. I went to a military college for football and was lifting 300+ across the board. But that was almost 5 years ago and now I need to catch my breath at the top of a flight of stairs.NO MORE.Paleo, Running, Lifting, Those barefoot running shoes, 5k races, Tough Mudders, That feeling when your old pants don't fit, Healthy muscle fatigue. All of this belongs to someone else but I'm taking it back. I miss it and in some cases I've never truly known it.All you people are more than inspiring, motivating and I thank you all in advance. Kishi
Hey, nothing wrong with getting so excited that you jump in without introducing yourself. We're all fighting here, so we'll take extra help that just appears out of nowhere. Also, that's freaking awesome that you had so many lifts so high. I can only imagine what that must be like. It's yours to get back, man. Let us know how we can help. Work like a farmer, train like an athlete, fight like a soldier. 2 Tim. 2:3-6 BATTLE! Link to comment
