Wife and I have had a hard time of it this week, but I think we have come to resolution regarding our issue. I told her it makes me uncomfortable and if she is going to keep him as even just a friend in her life to at least talk to him less than they have been. I have been making an effort towards spending more time talking to her and spending time with her and it seems to be helping the matter. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks fellas. I have been reading the Arot of Manliness series on T. They haven't been posting up the articles until the evening. Seems like an informative series so far, interested to see what the reccomendations for increasing T are though. I bet they involve eating right and lifting heavy shit as often as possible. I could use all the t i can get, yo. Except that it gives me (i am thinking it's the cause) of back acne. I think it's awful. some people agree. others say its not that bad. so... i dunno. i keep doing anything i can to handle it. still isnt working. Link to comment

Waldo Posted January 18, 2013 Report Share Posted January 18, 2013 Maybe I'm wrong and way off, but I feel I have a good sense for how much T there is floating around in my bloodstream by subjectively analyzing, for lack of a better term, chronic horniness. If I'm feeling indifferent or have a low drive, chances are T is low. When it reaches frantic must have sex now proportions, chances are it is high. I do feel that I can mentally control it to some degree. For lack of a better description, ramp up sets of unfulfilled excitement over the course of hours/days eventually leads to nealy crazed state (and downright painful nuts, probably similar too women's boobs when nursing when baby hasn't eaten in a while) with super high T levels in blood. While it is pretty much just an educated guess on my part, this is about as close to natural 'roids as you can get. (yes, this is one of the techniques I use to bulk cleaner) Surely my wife doesn't see things through this lens and it would be way uncool in the Waldo household, but if I could create what to me are perfect conditions, I would have porn on a TV while strength training (or if it became too distacting, as part of a cool down). currently cutting battle log challenges: 21,20, 19,18,17,16,15,14,13,12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 don't panic! Seriously, my sex drive pretty much vanished once I got into an exercise routine, though I suspect that may be down to removing boredom and frustration more than anything else. I don't usually get turned on by porn. I can't take it seriously. Such terrible scripts and usually unconvincing acting! What happens when you play Final Fantasy VII with everyone called Cloud? High volume = higher sex drive, high intensity = lower. My recent Smolov cycle was like a renewed "honeymoon" phase. Link to comment

I don't know if its because of the time of day (I was working out late morning and aikido is after work going late) or just because I tend to exhaust myself there and that takes over the increase or just because the intensity isn't quite the same.
