Back in the Saddle

So I've had a lot of false starts but I put together a workout regime with a friend who used to power lift.

I'm a dance major so a lot of it is working on improving my core strength--and holy shit.

I'm actually keeping to the schedule! And with my dance classes, jesus christ I'm already so much bendier and stronger.

THERE IS ACTUAL IMPROVEMENT GUYS.

Also working on eating healthy in the dorms is HARD. Still working on that one...

BUT STILL. IMPROVEMENT IN TEH MUSCLES

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma-which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
