Hello new friends

I would like to say hello. I recently came across Nerd Fitness while trying to find exercise suggestions to help kickstart my butt after a bad breakup with my girlfriend. I needed to find something to help motivate me and I ended up here. I have for the last 6 months been diligently working on loosing weight and eating better. Currently I am participating with a crossfit group and in 6 months I have dropped from 198 to 172. I would like to hit and maintain a target weight of 165 and learn some better eating habits.
