ManofKent
Bought this a couple of weeks ago but personally found it disappointing. No exercises I wasn't pretty much already aware of and the program is no better than a lot that you can find for free online. I think that the free ebook here would be more useful for the majority of people. "Obsessed is a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated" Link to comment
Amphion
I bought it and liked it but MK is right. I wasnt that familiar with the exercises so it did help me some. Maj. Bloodnok
Fair to middling. The most useful part was the workout schedules; the exercises weren't really anything new, but switching around from supersets to ladders to tabatas really did help. Some exercises were more challenging than others. It's a pretty inexpensive book, which helps. It's not like forking out $150+ for Tacfit or Insanity, then finding out you don't like the routine. Try it; if you don't like it, donate it to the public library and have done. shortstuff
Thanks, I thought it looked interesting as I was interested in new body weight exercise, but if the exercises aren't anything new STR – 24.45, DEX – 13.50, STA – 23.50, CON – 21.40, WIS – 27.65, CHA – 4.50When the sun comes up, you better start running - Thomas FriedmenEpic Quest - Current Challenge - Twitter - Goodreads - Fitbit - blog Link to comment
