Bought this a couple of weeks ago but personally found it disappointing. No exercises I wasn't pretty much already aware of and the program is no better than a lot that you can find for free online. I think that the free ebook here would be more useful for the majority of people.

Fair to middling. The most useful part was the workout schedules; the exercises weren't really anything new, but switching around from supersets to ladders to tabatas really did help. Some exercises were more challenging than others. It's a pretty inexpensive book, which helps. It's not like forking out $150+ for Tacfit or Insanity, then finding out you don't like the routine. Try it; if you don't like it, donate it to the public library and have done.

Thanks, I thought it looked interesting as I was interested in new body weight exercise, but if the exercises aren't anything new
