New to Nerd Fitness

OK so I've been reading NF for a few weeks now and finally decided to jump in. I really have been inspired by all the success stories I've read on the site and forums and hope to join them someday.

So about me... I'm a 27 year old male. 5'9 and right now I'm hovering around 210-215. According to the measurement method of calculating body fat Right now I am at 25% body fat. My ultimate goal is to get down to about 10%, maybe better if I can. My goal for years of failed fad diets has always been to see 170 on the scale which idk if that is possible but I am hoping.

I have started eating Paleo and doing the dumbbell division workout A on Oct 1, 2012. I ate perfectly all week... until last night when I had a fried red snapper for dinner, but I did have veggies on the side so I am happy about that. I figure that if I try to post here once or twice a week what I have been eating and how I've been working out as well as putting up a picture here that will help to hold me accountable.

So I can't seem to post a photo so I will post them later.

Cant wait to get to know everyone on the site better
