New here...

I stumbled on this site while looking for ways to get going on getting back in shape. I have had trouble getting and staying on track, but I do NOT want to be an out of shape couch potato, which is what I am right now. I am not a complete slug, but I want to be consistent and not jump on and off the track over and over. What I really want is for exercise to become a WAY OF LIFE, not something I do because I have to!

I keep finding reasons that I don't have time...but, SERIOUSLY!!!! I have the same number of hours in my day as all the people who are in shape have and I need to make better use of those hours and stop making excuses and/ or procrastinating.

I start NOW.

Good for you! The new six-week challenge starts tomorrow, and that's a great way to build good habits with the support of all the really nice people on this site.
