(There's a big link at the top of the page about the new challenge and it leads you through all the steps). It's just me, but I'd probably made goal number one actually about stopping the free sodas and just celebrate the pounds as they come off -- often weight loss goals (due to other factors) end up being dissapointing. vg_kim Posted November 21, 2012 Report Share Posted November 21, 2012 Hi! I'm from Winnipeg too!I also want to get out first thing in the morning to walk or run, but it is pitch black! And cold! And I don't even have sidewalks in my neighborhood...hello icy ditch lined roads! LOL. In fact I'm usually a runner, but its also pitch black by the time I come home from work.
