JJS Posted November 13, 2012 Author Report Share Posted November 13, 2012 Welcome to the rebellion, JJ!What kind of goals are are you thinking for this challenge?I'm on a weight loss journey, so one goal is to lose at least 4 more lbs during the 6 weeks. I'm doing C25K right now, so one of my goals is to complete my first 5K on New years Eve. (although, I already know I'll be walking part of it - the goal is to finish, injury free, and run at least part of it). Also want to start some body weight strength training.
