Hello from Montreal!

Welcome to the rebellion, JJ!

What kind of goals are are you thinking for this challenge?

I'm on a weight loss journey, so one goal is to lose at least 4 more lbs during the 6 weeks. I'm doing C25K right now, so one of my goals is to complete my first 5K on New years Eve. (although, I already know I'll be walking part of it - the goal is to finish, injury free, and run at least part of it). Also want to start some body weight strength training.

The adipose episode was the second one I saw of the relaunch (after the Kylie Minogue Christmas special). So I watched the rest of S4 but in the finale I had no clue who Rose Tyler was :)

Great goals! Iis awesome that you already have been making progress in your journey. That makes it exciting!

As far as body weight workouts go, you can go here for a beginner routine. It has some other links to other workouts as well.
