Greetings from the Pacific NW!

Hey all,

First day here, but definitely excited to join the Rebellion. Been out of the fitness arena for a while, but facing it again head on. Planning to start the Paleo plan early next year (after my birthday... can't not drink on your birthday, right?) and getting back to the gym. I've always had an aversion to gyms since I have a minor social phobia, so I'm really interested in alternative methods of exercise. SUPER excited about the new "Animal Flow" fitness trend.

Anywho, thanks for reading!

My friend said onions were the only food that made you cry. So I threw a coconut at his face.
