a good month!

yes this month has been good :).

I did my first pull up, which is an exercise I love now :D

and just started squatting, deadlifting and benchpressing.

and I just did a 6min 1 sec plank (where I changed from normal, to right side plank, to normal, to left side. and so on) without ever lowering myself from the ground.!

im a happy boy today!

I remember my first 5 min plank... it's such a feeling of accomplishment!!

First of all, awesome job on the pull-up! That's a huge milestone to reach!

Secondly, as my core muscles are basically composed of peanut butter and jelly, I am in total awe of your planking accomplishment! Way to go! I look forward to seeing the next woot about a 10 minute plank!
