Norgaard Posted December 9, 2012 Report Share Posted December 9, 2012 yes this month has been good .I did my first pull up, which is an exercise I love now and just started squatting, deadlifting and benchpressing.and I just did a 6min 1 sec plank (where I changed from normal, to right side plank, to normal, to left side. and so on) without ever lowering myself from the ground.!im a happy boy today! That's a huge milestone to reach!Secondly, as my core muscles are basically composed of peanut butter and jelly, I am in total awe of your planking accomplishment! Way to go!
