trickjarrett
After running for just 4 months, I started huffing out a 12 minute mile and then dying. Then in November I was able to churn out a mile run a day for the entire month usually around 10:50 or so. Well today I finally knocked out a 9:56 mile during a 1.5 mile run. Man, so exciting!
