PocaRoja
ugh, I am in dire need of some help, I've lost 1 1/2 stone (21 pounds) through mainly diet and some working out. And I;m now trying to loose the last half stone (7 pounds)... I know this is hard for most people but I'm finding it stupidly difficult as I have chronic bursitis that's untreatable... five minutes into a work out and I'm collapsing in pain. I need to get strong and toned in under 5 months.Does anyone have any idea's, solutions ect? Way's I can exercise without pain, what workout's I can do ect? =/ Thanks. Link to comment
Anduril
Bursitis where? What diet? What does your doctor say you can do? Some specifics might help. Kristen
What does your doctor say you can do? This is the most important question. Nucleus
If you're getting physiotherapy it's probably better to ask your physiotherapist than a family doctor. They'll know specifically what will help and what will aggravate things. Swimming's the classic low-impact sport. A lot of your body weight is supported by the water so there's less pressure on the inflamed bursae. I appreciate that it's probably a big change, but without knowing the specifics or having the qualifications it's the go-to answer. Link to comment
