So i signed up. I am a Elf race and am aiming for a Druid/Assassian hybrid. I am going to call it the Ninja. (Shoot Me). I have no gym and no "support group" but i love bodyweight. My favorite bodyweight is probably the push-up. the runner up is the inverted row. I am not very fit, and probably level 1. I have no fat ( you know what i mean ) but not alot of muscle either. I know I kind of prefer them to the gym now. What does your overall workout look like? And are you considering joining the six week challenge?
