It was a bit painful to walk yesterday, and my calves are sore today... but my pace was awesome... sub 4:00:00. The trail was periodically very rocky, which actually slowed me down a little. VFF Bikilas are not very forgiving on rocks... i need those Spyridons... the hills... they were no problem at all. I picked a very hilly trail on purpose... 2.5 miles of all uphill... just to test my endurance.
