Cameron Posted January 31, 2013 Report Share Posted January 31, 2013 So, I started in early November, with the goal of cutting 20lbs (and then switching to bulking). I'm happy to report that, as of this morning, I have reached that goal! And the timing couldn't be better, as I'm joining in on the 6 week challenge and one of my goals is working out harder. My primary motivations are my upcoming wedding (and honeymoon!) in May, and getting in shape for backpacking/hiking. I was backpacking with one of my really good friends in early November (who is very fit), and he was powering up the mountains while I was slowly wheezing my way up. That really made me think about what my priorities were: drinking lots of beer and eating french fries, or getting out there and doing the things I've always said I wish I could do.
