Cameron
Not only does [the mix up of exercises] require your brain to stay connected to your body, but it demands the participation of more of the small muscles, rather than just relying on—and charging up—the larger muscles, which can add bulk. The whole thing read like anecdotal mumbo-jumbo masquerading as pseudo-science. No wonder so few people know what they need to do to actually reach their goals. My brain is a big muscle.... must focus on smaller muscles only.... I'm hoping there is a follow up article on spot reduction! I AM going the distance 'Cause all I wanna do is go the distance. Nobody's ever gone the distance with Creed, and if I can go that distance, you see, and that bell rings and I'm still standin', I'm gonna know for the first time in my life, see, that I weren't just another bum from the neighborhood. AKLulu
This is from the same "fitness guru" that says women should NEVER lift more than 5 pounds. It's articles like those that make it impossible for my cousin to carry her infant and a gallon of milk up two flights of stairs at the same time.. *shakes head* Lulu : one that is remarkable or wonderful (it's in the dictionary, it must be true) Battle Log | Pinterest | Twitter | Instagram Link to comment
