djm0
Hello fellow nerds! I've always been a workout "nazi" if you will but my recent results while sticking to mostly paleo is just life changing... Started Nov 14th:6'4, 246lbs, over 20% body fat. Strict eater, healthy most of the time. Jan 8th 2013:215lbs, 17.1% body fat, 95% paleo eating. Feb 5th 2013:209lbs, (unknown measuring tonight), still 95% paleo. I like my beer and pizza on a weekend here and there. For anyone just starting, going cold turkey is like coming off a drug fix with bread but let me tell you its worth it. Hang in there!
