Amazing changes!

Hello fellow nerds!

 

I've always been a workout "nazi" if you will but my recent results while sticking to mostly paleo is just life changing...

 

Started Nov 14th:

6'4, 246lbs, over 20% body fat. Strict eater, healthy most of the time.

 

Jan 8th 2013:

215lbs, 17.1% body fat, 95% paleo eating.

 

Feb 5th 2013:

209lbs, (unknown measuring tonight), still 95% paleo. I like my beer and pizza on a weekend here and there.

 

For anyone just starting, going cold turkey is like coming off a drug fix with bread but let me tell you its worth it. Hang in there!

That's amazing! just think, in a another few months, you could very well be in the 10% range! (as long as your body feels good being there, not everyones does! )

Goals - 50 concurrent push-ups, 10 concurrent pull-ups, lose 80lbs
