Polargirl Posted February 20, 2013 Report Share Posted February 20, 2013 My first post. I've been like a bear in hibernation the past few years. I'm 5'7" and 188 lbs. Yikes! Time to stop making excuses and half hearted attempts and get down to business. After reading about the Paleo lifestyle I started Impkementing it over the past few weeks. Doing pretty good. It's the cream in my coffee that's hardest to give up. Starting with the beginner body weight workout. I had no clue I could be so sore the next day. I'm pretty much on my own so hoping to find support here and offer mine as well. Looking fwd to reading topics and getting to know some fellow rebels. Link to comment
